General conditions
Listed prices are per apartment and per night.
Deposit policy:
Refundable Rate: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the moment of booking, and the rest 50% on the check-in date.
Non Refundable Rate: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the moment of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Refundable Rate: July, August and Easter week: in case of booking cancellation or modification within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, we will charge 50% of the total amount of the stay.
Rest of the year: in case of booking cancellation or modification up to 24 hours before the date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Non Refundable Rate: In case of booking cancellation, modification or No-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of 500€ will be required at the check in, this deposit will be refund at the check out after we have checked the apartment.
Good to know:
- Daily cleaning service, with change of bed linens every 3 days.
- With monthly rentals, cleaning service and change of bed sheets and towels is every 5 days
- Extra bed price is 45 euros/night
- Baby cot price is 10 euros/night
- Pet price is 15 euros/night (small/medium dogs maximum 10Kg)
- Parking space price is 20 euros/night
- Price includes 10% VAT
- Check-in time is at 15:30 and check-out is at 12:00 noon
