(hereinafter “Controller” or “Coral Beach”) has implemented in its entire structure the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”) and the Organic Law 3/2018, December 5th, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDD”).

Purposes of the proceeding:
- a) Contact management
When the data subject sends to the Controller any questions, incidents, suggestions and/or requests through the corporate web site, social network sites, emails accounts or telephone numbers, the personal data will be process accordingly to handle the communications between them. The personal information will be process to keep in touch with the data subject as well. Finally, the data subject can provide Coral Beachwith his or her opinions about the service received in order to publish them in the Controller web site. Coral Beachfinds its legitimate basis in the consent of the data subject, who, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Coral Beachwill process the personal data for the time necessary to meet the data subject’s request or application. Otherwise, Coral Beachwill erase the personal data once the data subject withdraws his or her consent. No disclosure of the personal data is planned, unless consent is given. - b) Customer service
When the data subject request for a reservation, for a budget or receives any of Coral Beachservices according to the Terms and Conditions, the personal data will be process with those purposes. Consequently, the contact information of the data subject will be processed to keep the commercial relationships established in order to fulfil the contract of services, like check-in, billing or collection. Coral Beachfinds its legitimate basis in the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Coral Beachwill process the personal data for 5 years after the end of the contract. However, the personal data contained in the financial documentation will be stored for the time established in the Law 58/2003 of 17 December, General Fiscal Law. A different storage period could take place, as Law 10/2010, of 28 April, on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing may be applicable to certain cases. The recipients of the personal data are: Tax agency; Social Security Agency; public servants; security forces; financial entities. When the data subject access to Coral Beach’ website, the cookie policy will be applicable. In those cases, Coral Beachfinds its legitimate basis in the consent of the data subject, who, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Likewise, the withdrawal of consent can be exercised according to the instructions shown in the cookie policy. Moreover, Coral Beachwill process the personal data to the extent strictly necessary and proportionate for the purposes of ensuring network and information security, in order to prevent any unlawful or malicious actions that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of stored or transmitted personal data, and the security of the related services offered in our website. Therefore, the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Coral Beach, namely: preventing unauthorised access to electronic communications networks and malicious code distribution and stopping ‘denial of service’ attacks and damage to computer and electronic communication systems. In those cases, the personal data will be stored for 5 years, and the disclosure will be only possible if there is a legal obligation.

If the data subject is a customer, Coral Beachcould send him or her electronics’ commercial communications related to the service provided. This processing is legitimated by Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on information society services and electronic commerce. The data subject can exercise their right to object sending an email to admin@coralbeach.com.
Commercial communication could be sent to the data subject if this processing has been accepted by providing proper consent.Therefore, Coral Beachfinds its legitimate basis in the consent of the data subject, who, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her. How to exercise your data protection rights:
The data subject can exercise their data protection rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to object) sending an email to admin@coralbeach.com. Please note that Coral Beachwill require specific information in order to confirm the data subject’s identity to ensure that the person making the request is entitled to do so.
The data subjects also have the right to complain about the use of their personal information to the Supervisory Authority, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
